As a partnership between Desert Door and Trout Unlimited, “Livestream” was an event focused on the health of our rivers and streams., This long weekend focused on how our cold water fisheries' relative health and well-being can directly impact our entire ecosystem and was an incredible chance to capture a moment in time. Chef Oscar was the glue that brought everyone together.

Maz Lovella “A Phase”

This music video was a fun creative process for me. Trying to intertwine the story of Maz’s song with the Story of Desert Door. But the best part of this shoot is being able to work with another artist who is so passionate about what they do. An overall great learning experience.

“Summer of Sotol”

“Summer of Sotol” started as a campaign to help Desert Door celebrate their incredible cocktails in the dead of summer. “Hottest State. Coolest Cocktails.” became the central theme, and the campaign grew from a few social videos to paid ads, on-premise programming and on-site promotions in the Tasting Room.

Chef Finn Walter

World-renowned chef and James Beard Award-winner Finn Walter was the featured chef at this iteration of Desert Door’s WILD Dinner series. After spending nearly 20 years traveling and working in kitchens around the world Walter returned to his hometown of Lubbock, Texas, to open his own restaurant -, The Nicolett. His methods, style and vision are all inspired by the plains where he grew up, and my goal was to capture the passion and persistence of a true creative.

BEERMKR Takes On Traditional Brewing

At BEERMKR, innovation was central to our work. Here, CEO Aaron Walls breaks down how BEERMKR works, the difference between BEERMKR and Traditional Homebrewing, and the benefits of the machine, educating customers and moving them further down the purchase funnel.

I created this video to help potential customers understand that you have the ability to not only make Lagers but also Stouts and IPAs, which is very impressive functionality in the homebrewing world. BEERMKR gives you all the tools of the best brewers and all the fun of making delicious beer—without the mess and complexity of traditional homebrewing.
